Join us in an evening of 'Yoga & Cha Dao' for a Sacred Gathering in alignment with Nature. This is the third of a 5 month movement & meditation workshop series where we will move through the 5 natural forces with Tea by our side.
Cha Dao or “The Way of Tea”, has been employed by Sages and Daoists for thousands of years as spiritual medicine, healing the heart and the spirit, and is renowned for it’s ability to cultivate long periods of meditation that allow us to commune with Nature. Tea herself acts as a poetic tool to practice mindfulness and bring people together in community.
Sink into the depths of stillness as we begin the evening with a Water-based Elemental YIN Yoga class. This class is designed to align with the energetic structures of the bladder and kidney meridian using Ancient Chinese Medicine. After a nurturing yoga practice, we will transition into a Traditional Tea Ceremony Meditation to further cultivate peace.
