A seasonal yoga & meditation series that activates and aligns with the natural rhythms of the world through yoga and meditation. These classes will foster a deeper connection to the current season in which you are living, both within your body and outside of yourself, while providing a safe container for deep personal healing and development of a consistent practice. A mix of Yin, Yang & Meditation-based practices.
The Winter Series
The Winter Series will be a six-week deeply healing journey into oneself, focusing on the Water Element of the 5-element theory, using Ancient Chinese Tradition, Depth Psychology, Yoga & Guided Meditation.
