Join us in a two hour spring series yoga & meditation class focusing on the Space Element of the 5-element theory, using Ancient Chinese Tradition, Depth Psychology, Yoga & guided Meditation to activate and align the whole being with the natural rhythms of the season. Also includes a brief introduction to eating in alignment with the season.
